  I'd give them half of a star but that isn't an option. This is the WORST office I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Representatives are rude and terrible to work with. Go to another office if you have to get things done!

  I ordered my car tag on July 23, 2017. My wife received her tag within a week (we ordered at the same time). As of today, I have YET to receive my tag. I checked the envelope that the first tag came in to make sure it wasn't placed in there and it wasn't. I have literally called every single day, three times a day and no one has answered. Due to my work schedule I am unable to drive up there before they close. Here is a quick lesson in customer service, you have phones...USE THEM. I understand the tag office is probably busy, but there is NO reason why I shouldn't be able to get a hold of someone after two freaking weeks. I have all of my information about the car tag too (confirmation number), so it should be a very quick call. Stop being lazy or whatever you're doing and actually do your job. I could hire a line of first graders and they could do better than this. Also, I don't feel bad about my comment. You got into this line of work and you know what to do. This is strictly your problem to fix, so fix it.

  I called just to get an estimate on a tag and tittle fees for a truck and they acted like I was such a burden and a problem to deal with. If you don't like your job then quit don't take it out on the people paying your checks
