- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I selected schedule a pick up and the option to knock on my door. The mail lady instead wants to be lazy and honk her horn which I cant hear. She decided that I wasn't worth 2 mins of her time because she wanted to be lazy. This looks bad on the company as a whole especially when the USPS has been in a $5.5 billion dollar debt since 2015. Keep that up and you'll be out of business. Customer comes first I don't care if it "inconveniences" you 2 mins.By James Price, March 02, 2017
