  Horrible bank... When it was formally Bartow county bank, customer service was great. They had friendly staff who did everything possible to fill your needs. Now with Hamilton in control, this place went further down hill than Bank of America. The new employees are like rookie cops watching your every move, and nearly charge you for everything you do. The policies are extremely strict now. For example, I had my name signed to a buisness account under Bartow and when they switched, they put the old managers name back on and basically told me that I'm SOL unless the owner creates a new bank account to get my name on there. We also had our accounts set to sweep if one emptied out, but under Hamilton, it's now considered an overdraft and we are charged 5 dollars just to move money between accounts each time. That's just the surface of the issues we are having. Bottom line, not such a small buisness friendly bank. If you have a small buissness, it's better to find another place for your accounts. They lost our buissness and showed no remorse. They also lost many other buissnesess who had better expectations, I'm just the first to speak out.
